Cielo N Tierra ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through cielontierra.com, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

We decide why and how the information described below is used, so we are the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
What you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a brochure or book a site visit: your name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), what you are interested in, your message, and any visit date or time you choose.
What we record automatically. The page you sent the enquiry from, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the time. We use these to answer you, to stop spam and abuse, and to keep the website secure.
Cookies and similar storage. A session cookie that keeps the enquiry form secure (it is deleted when you close the browser), your light/dark theme choice stored on your device, and a service worker that stores pages and pictures on your device so the site loads faster.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits and send the brochure you asked for; to tell you about the project you enquired about; to keep the website secure and prevent spam; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked us to be in touch.
4. Basis: your consent
We use your information because you gave it to us for these purposes by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to cielontierrahomes@gmail.com; we will then stop using your information for those purposes.
5. Who else sees it
Only people who need it to respond to you: our team, and the service providers that run the website for us — our web host and e-mail provider (which deliver the enquiry to us), and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being filled in by a person and may see your IP address and browser details. If you tap WhatsApp or Call, that app or your phone company handles that conversation under its own policy. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of who contacted us and why, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to: tell you what information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; or stop using it. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our reply. Write to cielontierrahomes@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the admin area is protected by passwords and optional two-step sign-in, and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents (identity numbers, bank details) through the enquiry form.
9. Children
The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Third-party links
Pages may link to other sites (maps, RERA, social profiles). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be shown clearly.
