Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, the registration number is shown on that project's page, and you should check the details on the official RERA website. Information here does not replace the registered project documents.
4. Calculators and estimates
The EMI, joint-development, cost and other calculators give indicative figures from the values you enter and the assumptions shown beside them. They are not a quotation, valuation, loan offer, legal or financial advice, or a promise of any price or return. Ask us for a written quotation for any real project.
5. Enquiries and communication
